// ZSW presents Photovoltaic R&D at Intersolar Europe

A group of politicians of the Green Party including Martin Stümpfig visits the ZSW booth at Intersolar Europe

At Intersolar Europe 2016, which took place from 22nd through 24th June in Munich, photovoltaics experts from ZSW presented new highlights such as the recent world record in CIGS thin-film solar cells with an efficiency of 22.6%.

The ZSW photovoltaics test lab Solab was also presented, with its comprehensive testing services in the lab and outdoors as well as consulting and development in the areas of grid integration, PV storage systems and own consumption. On Friday, politicians from the Green Party in Bavaria including Martin Stümpfig MdL, Green member of the Bavarian State Assembly, visited the ZSW booth in order to discuss questions concerning the energy turnaround.
