Our professional test field enables the characterisation of single cells, modules and complete battery systems under all relevant operating conditions and according to internationally recognised test protocols.

Our testing equipment enables electrical characterisation in a power range from just a few milliwatts to 360 kW and voltages up to 1,000 V.

Facilities

  • Test field for small cells with up to 200 test channels
  • Test field for cell tests with approximately 150 channels (up to 3000A at 20V)
  • Test field for module tests with approximately 50 test channels (up to 1000A at 100V)
  • Test field for complete battery systems with 20 test channels (up to 1200A at 1000V and max. 360kW)
  • 30 test rooms with appropriate safety infrastructure
  • Temperature and climate chambers
  • Cooling systems for liquids
  • Monitoring and controlling CAN and LIN messages

Our range of services now also includes tests for LV124, LV123 and LV148. In combination with a BOLAB test system and a battery tester, we can also test entire systems in the standards mentioned.
