ZSW has extensive expertise in manufacturing fuel cells with an output range from 50 W to 100 kW. This experience is reflected in the manufacturing of over 900 stacks*.   • Stack technologies (for vehicle drives, light traction, emergency power supply, stationary power supply)
  • Stack development for NT and HT-PEMFC and fuel cells with liquid fuels (methanol and ethanol)
  • Fuel cell production methods (sealing and adhesion technology, robot-assisted stack assembly, test engineering)
  • Stack platforms with active surface areas of between 100 and 560 cm2
